The Kitchen opened in Autumn 2023 as a place to enjoy the finest seafood in a relaxed setting.

Head chef, Charley Smith, has a depth of experience with shellfish and seafood, having worked and travelled from Loch Fyne to Nice via the ports of South Africa and New Zealand. Passionate about preparing and presenting fresh, seasonal produce, Charley combines classical style with modern techniques and twists. Happy to deliver classics alongside innovative flavours, he uses as many local and home-grown ingredients as possible to create vibrant and exciting dishes to suit all palates.

Our very special 'fruits fe mer' contains lobster, langoustines, black tiger prawns, scallop crudo, whole crab, mussels, clams, prawn pâté and of course our very own PBO oysters.
